Job Description:
The candidate should be a self motivated, tech-savvy individual, driven to succeed.
This individual should be someone who easily connects with people and enjoys expanding their network.
Strong communication and selling skills are required to present our comprehensive suite of innovative print and digital marketing solutions to current and potential customers.
The ability to recognize and overcome obstacles during the sales process is a must to meet and exceed sales goals.
The position requires heavy outbound calling, in-person or video conference meetings, as well as handling inbound calls.
Customer interfacing will result in the incumbent or applicant being responsible for resolving quotations, establishing lead times, order placement, expediting, changes in quoting, order placement, and communicating pertinent information to all necessary parties.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Reach or exceed monthly, quarterly, annual sales budgets
Meeting or exceeding established sales goals
Determine and negotiate pricing schedules for all quotes, programs, products, and services
Professional sales presentations to a range of prospective clients via webinalr and in person
Work closely with our production group to ensure predictable results for your customers
Participates in trade-related activities as needed
Self-generate leads in identified verticals and markets
Continue to develop knowledge and skills within all segments of our industry
Utilize Salesforce.
com for tracking lead conversion, ROI monitor campaigns, and objective tracking
Prepare and adhere to monthly sales plans

Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with a large and diverse client base, both internally and externally
Work comfortably with all levels up to and including C-Suite
A proficient level computer of skills including MS Office Suite
Minimum Job Requirements
5+ years of relevant work experience in a B2B sales capacity
Past track record of achievements (Physical record of numbers or achievement is preferred)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, marketing, or equivalent sales experience with documented success
Experience using CRM tool is a plus (Salesforce.
com)
