Director, Enterprise Resource Platforms

At Barcodes, we are seeking a Director, Enterprise Resource Platforms to play a key role within the Information Technology group as the liaison between IT and our users.
The Director, Enterprise Resource Platforms will be responsible for technical execution of development-related projects and day-to-day operations: troubleshoot production issues, handle administration, configure & develop requirements, maintain application security controls and create customized solutions.
The Director, Enterprise Resource Platforms will own the Strategic Vision of ERP and CRM as well as manage a team of administrators and developers.
What You'll Do Multiple phase implementation of NetSuite; transitioning from existing ERP system to working with stakeholders to ensure success of implementation Maintain the NetSuite application for internal stakeholders Plan, review and revise configurations and customizations of NetSuite as needed in order to meet evolving needs Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPI’s, and dashboards Monitor end-user usage of systems and track performance Provide front line support and troubleshooting with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training and maintain proper system access for all roles proper system access for all roles Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, new functionality and Suite Apps based on evolving business needs based on evolving business needs Develop, document and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data changes protocols, customization, usage etc.
Identify, evaluate and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform Work directly with NetSuite or Professional Services organization to drive and coordinate larger (more complex) NetSuite projects Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration Manage NetSuite resources such as administrators, developers, and the NetSuite work of power users NetSuite systems owner for the entire enterprise Manage wants, needs, and expectations of end user teams of NetSuite Hiring responsibilities for NetSuite resources Cost effectiveness for new NetSuite projects NetSuite training for power users Lead project manager and business analyst for NetSuite projects Responsible for shutting down old systems replaced with NetSuite What You'll Need Required: Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of NetSuite administration and configuration experience in complex environments 3+ years of Project and/or team leadership experience Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations Proven custom development analysis, design, and testing skills Excellent knowledge of NetSuite Manufacturing modules (such as Advanced Manufacturing, WIP, Order Management, Routing, MRP) Preferred: Certified as NetSuite Administrator Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant Have a basic to intermediate knowledge of SuiteScript coding as a developer Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, technology, or service industries Who You Are We take our guiding values seriously.
