Our company is seeking a dedicated Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team.

As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and training crew members, overseeing plantings and stonework, and ensuring the highest quality of work.

*Responsibilities*
* Supervise and manage landscape construction crews while directly providing support
* Manage the execution, planning of labor, equipment/materials and timing to ensure completion of landscape construction projects within deadline and budget allowance
* Works closely in conjunction with Landscape Construction Production Manager
* Produce accurate and timely paperwork along with completing construction projects according to the estimate bid
* Exhibit professionalism on and off job site
* Train and foster development of Landscape Construction Crew Members
* Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
* Drive a truck with a trailer safely
* Proper use of equipment, machinery and materials safely
* Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required
* Support in snow removal operations seasonally
*Qualifications*
* Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the landscape/landscape construction industry
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrates the ability to read and interpret project blueprints and plans
* Experience in supervising/leading a team
* Candidate will exercise strong leadership and decision-making skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

* Valid driver’s license in good standing (REQUIRED)

The salary for this position ranges from *$25-$35 per hour.
