Responsibilities
· Assist in the creation of unique and custom mason designs
· Mix, cut and prepare materials needed for customer designs and structures
· Read and follow technical drawings and blueprints
· Complete masonry projects according to the estimate bid in conjunction with accurate and timely paperwork
· Safely use equipment and tools to perform tasks
· Exhibit professionalism on and off job site
· Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required
· Support in training and mentoring Landscape Construction Crew Members
· Support when needed in snow removal operations seasonally
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the masonry field
· Completion of a mason apprenticeship and/or previous experience in a similar role (include but aren’t limited to: chimneys, walls, frames, walkways and other structures)
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Candidate will exercise strong leadership and decision-making skills
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

· Valid driver’s license in good standing (REQUIRED)
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $30-$40 per hour.
Overtime is regularly available.
Pay based on experience for this position.
