Fly Rod Builder (YarmouthPort)

Good day! I own a small fly rod company here on Cape Cod and need help building fly rods to keep up with demand.
This is certainly niche asking so I would be willing to train the right person.
The opportunity is would be part time and very relaxed.
Pay will be given upon completion of each rod and its quite a fair rate.
