McPhee Associates of Cape Cod is a custom home builder located in East Dennis, Massachusetts that has been providing home building and remodeling services to clients for over 50 years! We are currently seeking local Construction Project Managers to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent compensation and benefits package which include 401k with company match, health insurance, paid holidays and paid time off.
The Construction Project Manager plays a critical role in planning, executing, overseeing and closing construction projects efficiently and within budget.
This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, constant project planning, strong leadership abilities, and excellent organization and communication skills to coordinate various teams involved in the project.
This individual will be able to plan ahead and anticipate the unexpected, manage orders, budgets & cost control, lead the entire process and people, and monitor the workmanship for quality.
Candidate must have 5+ years proven experience as a construction manager, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent, an unrestricted CSL license, OSHA 10-hour course certification, knowledge of local building codes/regulations, and a valid driving license.
The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, excellent leadership skills, outstanding verbal & written communication skills, able to multi-task efficiently and have the ability to problem-solve.
