```Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team.
Are main focus is new construction residential homes performing rough & finish plumbing & gas From Falmouth to Provincetown.
Attention to detail is a priority as our jobs sites are large multi bathroom high end homes.
As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential homes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow building codes and regulations for plumbing installations
- Use power tools and equipment to perform plumbing tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
- Weld or solder pipes as needed
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and materials
- Assist with remodeling projects as required
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components
- Ability to use power tools and equipment safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience with welding or soldering is a plus
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
