) to join our landscape installation teams.

Operators are responsible for: Operating, setting grades, reading plans Loading and unloading equipment and transportation Proper materials handling Maintenance and care.
Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements: A valid Massachusetts Hoisting/Hydraulic License (2A/1C) A valid Massachusetts Drivers License (CDL A preferred, but not required) Current DOT qualifications Pass a drug screen as a condition of employment Why Artistic Grounds? 00 per hour As a Machine Operator at Artistic Grounds, candidates must be prepared for the physical demands associated with our design/build projects.
The following physical requirements are essential to the role: Lifting: Ability to frequently lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Dexterity: Proficiency in using both hand and power tools, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks precisely.
Mobility: Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods.
Ability to navigate uneven terrains of residential properties.
Stamina: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks under various weather conditions and maintain energy over long workdays.
Vision: Good visual acuity to ensure precise measurements and installations.
Coordination: Balance and bodily coordination are necessary for climbing ladders, working at heights, and navigating worksites safely.
Endurance: Resilience to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and occasional precipitation.
