*Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Work closely with the Project Foremen, Landscape Designer, and Director of Construction to execute jobs
* Ability to work on multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail.
* Maintain and care for company property, equipment, tools, and vehicles.
* Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with Outerland Holdings, LLC’s standards.
* Other duties as assigned by the President or supervisor.
*Job Requirements:*
* Landscape Construction Experience (preferred but not necessary.
Compensation will depend on industry experience)
* Time management experience
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
* Strong communications skills, both verbal and written: Ability to work effectively with individuals of different backgrounds, knowledge, and skill levels
* Ability to manage time effectively and within budget.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Knowledge of working with budgets.
* Ability to adapt quickly under pressure*.

* Ability to work effectively with subcontractors or other vendors.
* Ability to use and operate construction equipment and machinery safely and with ease (licensing preferred)
* Able to work 8-10 hour days, on Saturdays, and in inclement weather as needed
* Ability to regularly lift upwards of 50 lbs and operate machinery
* Must be able to reliably commute to Mashpee, MA at the time of hire: Must have a Driver's License in good standing (DOT Card)
