About a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute car ride to Smuggler's Beach and a short walk to Route 28 with plenty of restaurants, gift shops and attractions such as the Skull Island Sports World, the Pancake Man and Capt.

We are only minutes away from Yarmouth's Inflatable Park.
We are about 15 minutes away from Hyannis and the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
2024 Rental Season Rates are $1,750/week, plus a $150 cleaning fee and a security deposit.
