Our classic Cape house has two levels: the main floor with kitchen, dining room, living room, Queen bedroom and one full bath.
Upstairs are two additional large bedrooms and a second full bath.

The Neighborhood
We are located in Great Harbors, a private community with family-friendly, quiet streets perfect for a leisurely walk or bike ride.
Our house is <1 block from a small neighborhood beach on Great Pond where you can launch your kayak, as well as a playground, basketball court, and baseball diamond.
April-June: 3 night minimum, $250-300 per night
July-Aug: Saturday to Saturday, 1 week minimum, $3000-$3600
Sept: 3 night minimum $250-300 per night
