The responsibilities of the Drafter position is as follows:
- Able to draft/design a project from start to finish.
This includes architectural, structural, MEP and interior design drafting.
- Revise drawings/ 3D model according to the project manager/architects/engineers redlines.
- Review and redline drawings before submission to clients, engineers, architects, contractors, etc.
- Problem-solving and attention to creative detail in the construction phase
Requirements:
- 5-10 years as an architectural designer or draftsman
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
-Must have access to AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Thorough understanding of both residential and commercial construction, methodologies, and detailing - strong preference to those with construction experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work alone or in a small team
- Excellent communication skills, organization, and team-based orientation
-Must have drafting experience in Structural & MEP drafting
