This position works as part of the Pool Solutions Planning Team to ensure visibility to performance against key metrics in the Supply Chain teams.
As Supply Chain Analyst you will work closely with SBU Planners, Replenishment Planners, Plant Schedulers, and others to measure performances against schedule adherence, plan to schedule, top 5 customer positioning, inventory and other reporting as needed.
Close coordination with multiple stakeholders is required to ensure planning, production and delivery performance in alignment with customer expectations.
Support MD upkeep for SC.
Reporting to Sr.
Director, Supply Chain, all team members will work collaboratively and will cross-train to ensure adequate coverage in the team.
As part of the Pool Solutions NAM Supply Chain Team, you will participate in weekly huddles, and will complete required training in accordance with appropriate regulatory, safety and Solenis requirements.
Participation in reporting, data analysis and metrics measurement to support continuous improvement is the key aspect of this role.
Work closely with the SBU Planners on data requirements and report out for Supply Planning.
This includes S&OP, S&OE engagement, preparation/improvement of production plan reports, month/week on hand visibility, etc.
Works collaboratively with team of peers for adequate cross-training and coverage.
Works closely with Replenishment Planners to ensure visibility to inventory needs and movement.
Ensuring timely and accurate transaction reporting in SAP, as applicable.
Interface with counterparts across all teams in SC to ensure daily, weekly monthly reporting requirements are captured, documented and analyzed for improvements .
Interface with counterparts in Operations, Supply Chain and Demand Planning concerning requirements, production timing, availability, system challenges for capture in reporting.
Interface with colleagues in Customer Service / Logistics to capture instances of prioritization of inventory for outbound deliveries outside of typical strategy (i.
e.
new launch) Assist with root cause investigation with performance challenges.
May participate in cycle counting, annual physical inventory activities, integration activities and other special projects as needed.
Requirements: High School Diploma with 3-5 years’ experience in operations, production analysis, material management and data analysis, OR BA/BS in Supply Chain or Logistics Management with 1-2 years’ experience in supply chain data analysis.
Experience: Strong skills in Excel required.
Knowledge of SAP, Tableau preferred.
Ability to work with broad spectrum of people in internal partnership.
Ability to work with partner third party personnel.
Strong interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, prioritization & planning skills with close attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
Keen sense of urgency to business needs.
Must be team-oriented, maintain confidentiality, and be able to handle diversified responsibilities, requests and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word; and experience in SAP preferred.
