Mobile Box is a family of local container rental providers across the Southeastern US and a part of Empower Rental Group.
We began with 3 locations in 2021 with the goal of being the difference in the equipment rental industry by doing everything differently.
We now have over 40 locations (crazy right?), and now adding container rental.
We are currently looking for a Forklift Operator - Container Handler for our TX -LA location!

As a Regional Dispatcher, you will serve as the primary communication point for our branch network.
Your responsibilities will include receiving internal product requests, routing deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with CDL drivers and external customers.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Coordination: Receive and respond to internal teams’ requests, address problems, and provide solutions.
Use various systems to coordinate and dispatch field units.
Communicate with customers for scheduling activities and confirm site readiness.
Order Management: Efficiently handle orders for products or deliveries, including creating and receiving purchase orders for transport vendors.
Schedule deliveries/pick-ups outside of the current dispatch schedule as needed.
Monitoring and Tracking: Monitor the route and status of field units, digital tracking for updating customer orders and delivery schedules, and track drivers/vendors for on-time excellence.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all communications, activities, and relevant data.
Ensure all daily/weekly/monthly paperwork is completed, recorded, and filed.
Driver Management: Schedule and assign drivers for deliveries and services.
Assist drivers in change of schedule or route issues, ensure they collect appropriate documentation, and document damages at retrieval and return.
Team Management: Set daily/weekly/monthly priorities for the team.
Conduct performance discussions and training.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, including coordinating employees, vendors, and contractors for complex installation and removal, and arranging for permits and escorts for delivery, return, and relocation of units.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a relevant position within like industries.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software and platforms such as Omni View, HubSpot, and Samsara.
Fast and accurate typing skills with experience in data entry tasks.
Strong knowledge of DOT and local regulations pertaining to dispatch operations.
Proficient in English, both orally and in written communication.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a high-volume environment.
Active listener with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in dispatching or related fields are a plus.
