*Role and Responsibility of Quantity Survey :* Ø To collect and maintain soft copy of GIR (Goods Inward Register) collected from stores every month.
( for identified projects) Ø To co-ordinate with Site Engineers and collect MIR (Material Inspection Reports) duly signed by the Customer with relevant documents such as vendor invoice, test certificates, DC/ Packing list for supply of material and prepare billing annexure by 5 of every month for supplies done in previous month and get certification from customer for raising Tax Invoice.
Ø To prepare JMS (Joint Measurement Sheets) for installed quantity and update billing annexure by 5 of every month for the installation completed in previous month and get certification from customer for raising Tax Invoice.
Ø Every month to check the quantities accounted in the Project Cost Report (CJI 3) with GIR, MIR & JMS quantities and in case of any differences the same is to be reconciled and included in the next billing cycle.
Ø To maintain track of quantities supplied beyond original order quantity and submit a report to the Project Manager / Planning Manager every month for obtaining necessary amendment.
Upon obtaining amendment these additional quantities are to be incorporated in the next billing cycle.
( for identified projects) Ø Preparation of Input and Output Report every month capturing quantity delivered, installed vs quantity billed on customer for the allocated jobs.
