Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team to oversee FTTX construction projects.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met within the specified timeline and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with Construction teams to ensure they are on track
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Implement change management processes to ensure smooth project transitions
- Perform root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Utilize project management software (e.
g.
, Smartsheet) to track and manage project tasks
- Facilitate meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project engineering principles and methodologies
- Excellent change management skills with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements
- Proficient in root cause analysis techniques for problem-solving
- Familiarity with software tools a plus.

- Ability to facilitate effective meetings and drive collaboration among team members
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional conflict management skills to resolve issues and maintain positive team dynamics
- PMP certification a plus or familiarity with PMP principles and processes.
