GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp and XenDesktop) required
Experience with Citrix ADC (Citrix NetScaler) highly preferred
Experience with Citrix App Layering and WEM highly preferred
Automation skills highly preferred
Experience with VMware preferred
Experience with Citrix Cloud a plus
Knowledge of multiple operating systems and related utilities and hardware desired
Knowledge of storage management desired
Knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting tools (WireShark, NetMon, CPORTS, etc.
)
Knowledge of technical writing principles and practices
Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems
Skill in software installation and maintenance
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public
