We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Order Management System (OMS) Lead to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order management processes, systems, and technologies.
As an OMS Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our Order Management System to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.

_*OMS Implementation and Integration:*_
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Order Management System, ensuring successful integration with other business systems.
* Design, develop, maintain, extend applications and implement projects based on the IBM Sterling Order Management capabilities.
_*System Optimization and Enhancement:*_
* Continuously assess and optimize the OMS to improve order processing efficiency, accuracy, and overall system performance.
* Support a wide range of technology projects using Sterling Order Management including configurations, software development, installation of patches and upgrades.
_*Process Improvement:*_
* Analyze current order management processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct design and code reviews of extensions and customizations to ensure overall quality and compliance with the IBM Sterling development framework.
_*User Training and Support:*_
* Act as a primary point of contact for user support, addressing and resolving system-related issues in a timely manner.
* Participate in the review of solution testing and deployment, including System Test, Multi-Platform Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, and Performance Test.
_*Data Analysis and Reporting:*_
* Utilize data analytics tools to generate meaningful insights into order patterns, trends, and performance metrics.
* Develop and distribute regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
_*Collaboration and Communication:*_
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of OMS-related projects.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project statuses, issues, and resolutions.
_*Qualifications:*_
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 7-10 years of experience in Order Management System (OMS) design and development with a proven track record of successful implementations.
* Expertise in IBM Sterling Order Management System and related technologies
* Advanced knowledge in Java 8 and Spring Boot Microservices
* Worked in areas of Inventory Management, Order Orchestration, Order fulfilment etc.
* Implemented all major omnichannel fulfilment options like BOPIS, SFS, STH, etc.
* Hands-on knowledge working with DOM, Configurator, Exception Console, System Manager, API Tester, App Console, Sterling UI like web store, SBC and Call Center
* Broad awareness of Sterling Configurations like Queues and Alerts, Common Logging and Exception Handling, Sourcing and Scheduling, Catalog Management, Procurement Process, Warehouse Management, Agent and Integration Servers
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
