You will work cross-functionally throughout the organization, reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, and work closely with all stakeholders around product, merchandising, and growth.
You will manage and scale an in-house team dedicated to executing and excelling in logistics and supply chain operations.

Who You Are: The ideal candidate has experience building, scaling and operating consumer goods companies in multiple distribution channels across North America, with international (EU and other) a plus.
In addition, this candidate should have deep experience working with contractured manufacturers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, fulfillment carriers and other supply chain partners.
You’ve had functional ownership of Shopify, ERPs, and logistics systems such as Anvyl, Flexport and have a strong understanding of technical workflows from procurement through to fulfillment.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for coaching and developing their team to deliver A+ work, is very organized, a great team player, and a critical thinker.
