Our machine supply partners are located in Europe and Asia.
Our sales territory includes entire North America and is supported by regional sales agents in some territories.
The installed machine base is supported by a team of service engineers located throughout North America.
The head office with warehouse is located in Glendale, Southern California.
*Role Description*
The objective of this position is to develop equipment sales opportunities and to convert as many as possible to sales.
The available market covers whole North America, including Canada.
all4-PCB has an extensive line card that offers a wide range of equipment process solutions.
Generally, all4-PCB is already relatively well known with most accounts within our normal target markets.
Due to the extensive product line-up that all4-PCB carries, one of the main objectives is to ensure that the available customer base is very aware of the process solutions that can be provided.
All4-PCB is allied with regional sales agents in some territories that enable better contact with the entire available customer base.
Using a combination of working with the regional agents, sales trips to the various territories, cold calling, MS Teams meetings (or similar), the role is to develop a comprehensive overview of opportunities and convert to sales.
The sales process includes generating quotations, clarifying commercial and technical details / expectations between customers and the international equipment supply partners.
Also coordinating with all4-PCB’s inside sales team, product purchasing & product shipping issues to fulfill customer’s orders as well as close work with all4-PCB’s equipment installation and support team until final payment has been received, are other responsibilities.
This position can either be based out of all4-PCB’s Glendale, CA location or remotely in Southern California.

*Qualifications*
Wanted is a self-driven, dynamic, high energy, results focused, well organized sales personality – a closer.
Someone who feels that they are a fast learner, can retain a lot of information, and understands that selling machines is about selling a process solution to a customer.
This requires learning sufficiently applicable manufacturing processes and understanding the technical selling points involved.
Learning by doing is requested - yet supported by a knowledgeable sales and technical team whenever needed.
Product training will be provided.
A sales driven personality with a high level of interest and knack for learning about technology can be a star performer.
The target market wants consultative selling addressing customer needs.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
· Ability to work independently yet a team player
· Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience
· PCB Manufacturing knowledge preferred, but not necessary
· Proficient with common Microsoft Office work software, such as WORD, Powerpoint, Excel & MS Teams
· Ability to anticipate and handle multiple priorities
· Ability to travel up to 40% for meetings with clients
· Outgoing personality, well organized and structured
· A BS degree in a technical field related to production processes or engineering can be very beneficial.
· US citizenship or green card is needed and a valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.
