Kiosk Services Group is hiring two (2) Technician Field Support team members (one AM shift and one PM shift) to offer support to our remote contractor-based field technician team.
This includes: supporting field contractors with technical assistance and answering basic FAQs, providing remote on the job training, reviewing and approving deliverables, and supporting project specific initiatives.
This is a 9 month long temporary position with the possibility of becoming a full time permanent position in the future.
*Overview*:
Kiosk Services Group specializes in field services for kiosks, automated merchandising and retail services.
We develop innovative solutions and strategies for our clients that provide them a custom approach to their field service needs.
We cover photo-surveys, breakfix, replenishments, preventative maintenance, and installations.
We are currently expanding our preventative maintenance sector and this position is going to support those expansion efforts.

The ideal candidate will have administrative and organizational experience and a strong background in customer support.
Due to the remote nature of the work, the Technician Field Support team member must deliver results while working independently and maintaining excellent communication.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage moderate-to-high call volumes of approximately 30-50 calls a day
* Participate in the text message or live chat queue as necessary
* Review collected field services deliverables for completeness and accuracy
* Communicate instructions to field technicians when further information is needed for a work order
* Maintain a quiet work from home environment with no background noise for phone calls
* As a part of your training, you will be required to participate in a minimum of two field work assignments once an opportunity becomes available in your area.
You will not need to travel, as this will be coordinated locally in your area.
* Participate in other projects or assignments as needed
* Availability during one of two available shifts: 6am-3pm EST and 1pm-10pm EST, Monday-Friday
*Minimum Qualifications*:
* Self-starter, strong organizational skills and work habits
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to perform in a demanding startup environment
* Reliable, high speed internet with a minimum download speed of 40Mbps
* A home office or quiet remote working environment
* A laptop or desktop computer (MacOS recommended) and headset
* High School Diploma
*Preferred Qualifications*:
* Experience with Salesforce
* Experience with MacOS programs
