*Job Summary:*
The Post-Sales Service Engineer will be responsible for providing expert technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our range of products, with a special focus on transformers.
This role is integral to ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of our clients and the durability and performance of our products.
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of Eaglerise products, especially transformers.
* Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding the use and maintenance of our products.
* Conduct regular checks and maintenance activities to ensure product functionality and efficiency.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation.
* Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
* Be willing to travel frequently to various states for on-site service needs.
* Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
*Qualifications:*
* Possess relevant electrical maintenance qualifications, such as an electrician's license or operational certificate.
* Proven experience in transformer maintenance and repair services.
* U.
S.
citizenship or holder of a Green Card/work permit.
* Ability to travel extensively for long-term assignments across different states.
* Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
