*Position Description:* As a Systems/Electrical Specialist Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the project estimation process.
This includes conducting detailed cost assessments for systems and electrical components within civil construction projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, interpret technical specifications, and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
Your role will involve working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather essential information for precise cost evaluations.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct detailed cost estimation for systems and electrical components in civil construction projects.
* Collaborate with project teams to understand technical requirements and specifications.
* Analyze and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications related to systems and electrical work.
* Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements for accurate and competitive estimates.
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for precise cost evaluations.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Systems/Electrical Specialist Estimator in civil construction.
* Familiarity with estimating software and tools.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Experience with "light rail" projects preferred.
*Compensation: *$120.
