Pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs) are a type of construction system that utilizes steel frames and components that are fabricated and assembled at a factory before being transported to the construction site for final assembly.
These buildings have gained popularity in various industries and applications due to their cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and versatility.
Here are some key aspects to consider about pre-engineered metal buildings!
*Typical Functions:*
• Evaluate bid specifications and drawings
• Provide accurate and timely cost estimates, contracts and supporting documents
• Review design changes and modify quote accordingly
• Communicate with customers and sales team to qualify project expectations
*Qualifications*
• Proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and MBS.
• Must have the ability to interpret blueprints and bid specifications.
• General construction knowledge.
* Experience in Pre-Engineered Metal building Industry (PEMB).
• Related associate degree and/or equivalent work experience.
The ideal candidate will be team oriented, motivated, well-organized, and dependable with a strong work ethic and superb attention to detail.

Salary: $60,000.
