*Responsibilities:*
* Learn how to leverage DPP system to be able to write winning production schedules that meet sales demand and are successfully able to be executed from the floor team.
* Identify any challenges to meet sales demand and escalate quickly to SCO and MFG teams to resolve.
* Be able to prioritize tasks well to ensure timely execution of service responsibilities.
* Work with SCO team and MIM team to make sure we have materials available to schedule sales demand.
*Qualifications:*
* Must pass Computer Skills Test
* Self-directed/ability to work with minimal supervision
* Detail oriented
* Well organized
* Excellent communication skills – in person and on the phone
* Good team interaction skills
* Computer Skills – (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ICS)
* Professional business writing skills
* Excellent facilitation skills
* Initiative and self-motivation
* Flexibility to work outside of schedule when needed (Weekends, holidays and evenings)
* Ability to analyze graphs and data relevant to business
* Ability to perform other tasks as needed to drive results across department/site
*KNOWLEDGE BASE:*
* Extensive knowledge of manufacturing production is preferred
* Microsoft Excel and Word/ spreadsheet skills/ graph capability
* ICS experience a plus
