Contracted Senior Estimator Consultant

Who We're Looking For We are seeking a Contracted Senior Estimator with a deep understanding of residential construction.
CSI experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with organizations to understand how they uniquely do business and can take that into account when developing estimates.
The Role Quickly and accurately produce estimates for multiple ADU designs with two sections: Site work and all work that is independent of the actual structure The cost of the actual structure including foundation up.
Responsibilities: The following are core responsibilities of every Acton ADU Project Specialist.
Extract and analyze historical project data to compare against new estimates to develop comprehensive cost components.
Interview internal and external players, like subcontractors, to understand cost factors and generate Provide expertise and guidance to the team on construction cost estimation best practices.
Skill Requirements: The following skills are required to be considered for the position of Estimator at Acton ADU.
Strong background in residential construction and a deep understanding of industry standards.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to break down complex projects into data Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
