The starting salary range for this position is $115,000 plus all full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus.

Day to Day Responsibilities In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas: Develops BI infrastructure strategy & matrix-leads off-shore BI developers in support of Data Governance and Institutional Analytics and Reporting.
Articulates a vision of future trends for BI infrastructure by staying in-front of innovative technology in marketplace.
Leads effort in support of research, planning, development, implementation, utilization, monitoring, and performance tuning of databases, data warehouses, data lakes, primarily on Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Windows stack.
Accountable for Data Quality from internal and 3rd party SaaS platform.
Responsible for leading BI Development Projects.
Designs and implements data management solutions using Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Bricks, Apache Spark, and other data management tools.
Creates and maintains technical documentation for systems, integrations, jobs, automations, and workflows.
Accountable for the triage of Extraction, Loading and Transformation issues for timely resolution.
Collaborates with Product Owner, Business Owner, Development, and infrastructure team to reduce the gap pragmatically and continually between getting things done fast and getting things done right.
Identifies and implements processes and technologies that improve operational efficiency and automation for timely data-driven analytics.
Proactively monitors the health of systems to ensure that data and transaction information have been successfully transferred among systems.
Provides support for all data-intensive systems and data integrations including data lake, data warehouse, data models, OLAP models, and BI/reporting solutions.
Ensures adherence to ACE Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) policy and procedures.
Ensures adherence to data governance, data compliance, and data security best practices.

4+ years’ experience with data management solutions using Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Bricks, REST APIs, Apache Spark or other equivalent tools.
Experience with reporting tools Power BI and SSRS.
Experience managing enterprise data warehouses and data lakes.
Experience working with Python language is a plus.
Relevant certification in data management or BI solutions is a strong plus.
Certification in Agile, Scrum or other equivalent delivery frameworks is a plus.
Experience working with enterprise applications and systems in EdTech space (e.
