Role Overview: Fisker Inc is looking for an experienced Sr.
Project Manager, Architectural to support the global property development team.
The individual in this role will support both the feasibility assessments and planning/delivery for individual properties, as well as the development of program level standards and prototype tools and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with Real Estate, Construction and Operations teams to prepare and present feasibility (test-fit) layouts for proposed locations/properties.
Develop schematic design presentations for approved locations/properties to inform project specific final program needs, as well as budget approvals.
Feasibility and Schematic presentations will include both 2D ‘technical’ documentation as well 3D visualizations.
Participate in presentations with/to executives, senior leadership and key stakeholders to obtain feasibility and schematic approvals Partnering with Construction, facilitate and manage the architecture/engineering consultancies and vendors as they prepare and complete their design development documents, construction documents and execution drawings.
With construction, manage OAC coordination calls during the design development and construction document phases or work, to ensure work and deliverables is both complete and coordinated with all required and relevant parties.
Partnering with Construction, and with permit expeditors when applicate, manage and report the completion of and schedules for project specific entitlements and permitting.
Work closely with Real Estate, legal counsel, construction and other relevant internal and external parties to ensure that project/location specific due diligence is complete and informed specific to both use, building types, entitlement and permitting.
Work closely with Real Estate, construction, engineering consultancies and other relevant internal and external parties to ensure that project/location specific due diligence is complete and informed specific to the intended electrical demand for a property, and the existing or new service requirements Work closely with construction and other relevant internal and external parties to coordinate all project specific needs specific to public utilities Work closely with executives, senior leadership and key stakeholders to define and prepare program level standards for all project types.
Working closely with Construction, manage and direct external consultancies and vendors in the preparation of prototype documents and standards for all project types Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience working for an Architectural practice supporting retail, hospitality and/or automotive EV brands 2-3 Years of experience (included within the 10+ years of experience) working ‘in-house’ with a retail, hospitality and/or automotive EV (direct to consumer) company in a similar role All ‘in-house’ and practice work should be supporting companies and brands at a program level, delivering multiple projects both domestically and internationally Degree in Architecture, ‘Technical’ Interior Design or related area or equivalent experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies: Proficient with CAD/BIM software Proficient in Adobe software suite and/or relevant software to prepare presentation quality deliverables Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Plan Grid or similar software is a plus, as well as Microsoft Project and Construction Management software similar to ProCore Working knowledge and awareness of domestic building codes and standards, experience with international codes and standards is a plus Experience working with planning departments to determine and gain approvals for building use and functions, including working with vendors and consultancies to obtain Conditional Use Permits (CUPs) or similar processes and approvals Working knowledge of building systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems Working knowledge of site and civil works, including landscape and underground utilities Experience coordinating and obtaining approvals from public utilities is a plus, including applications for and the execution of electrical service upgrades to buildings and sites.
Additional Requirements: Although travel for this specific role may be limited, must be willing to travel both domestically, as well as internationally, if and as required Must be willing to participate with conference calls and communication across multiple time zones Working Conditions Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Expected Salary Range $84,175 to $120,250.

Additional Compensation Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits.
An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
