Job Qualifications
* Extensive experience and high level of proficiency with Xactimate software
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Possess sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
* Ability to communicate with clients to explain and demystify the claims process•
* Strong organizational skills to manage jobs that are in multiple stages of the process
* Strong working knowledge of insurance claims process for exterior home restoration, including roofing repair and replacement
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* Knowledgeable and up-to-date on all building code requirements for Texas
Job Responsibilities
* Prepares insurance supplements using Xactimate software detailing the scope of loss
* Escalates concerns to management when job cost obtained on the supplement is not within margins
* Manages insurance supplement approval process and following up on pending approvals
* Review insurance claim estimates and write supplemental estimates for damages to roof and other trades using updated estimating software
* Collect and maintain all client information for insurance claims
* Communicates with clients to expedite and explain claims process.
* Rigorous follow up to resolve supplements
Job Specifications
This is a 1099 opportunity.
Commissions: 10% of approved Supplement increase or $100/Supplement, whichever is greater.
