Job Summary:
As the Midwest/Northwest Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving sales relationships with distributors, end users, and other customers.
The territory includes a multi-state area ranging from the Upper Midwest to the Northwestern portion of the United States and Canada.
You’re responsible for managing customer projects, identifying new sales opportunities and product opportunities, handling customer relations, and responding to requests for information.
In this role, you will partner with internal teams, including Customer Service, Engineering, and Production while handling routine distributor and customer inquiries.
You’ll team up with the Aerospace Sales Specialist, Agriculture Off-Road Equipment Sales Specialist, and North American Sales Manager on specific customers.
You’ll train, educate, and coach distributors and distributor sales representatives on the Carr Lane product line, including applications across industries.
What Will Your Job Look Like?
Represent Carr Lane at industry trade shows, conferences, etc.
Identify new business opportunities in your territory
Grow sales in territory
Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations
Track results and prepare metrics
Travel within the United States and Canada, 50 -75% as needed

5+ years of Outside Sales Experience
5+ years of Industrial Sales Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to read and understand a blueprint
Even Better If You Have…
Familiarity with Carr Lane products and applications or experience with tooling components
Experience working in an ERP system
