*SUPPORT - Microsoft D365 F&SCM Senior Supply Chain Management SUPPORT Consultant* Do you have at least 3+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&SCM SUPPLY CHAIN IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE and would like to do POST LIVE SUPPORT to clients because you do not want to travel? Then we have the ideal opportunity for you! This is NOT IT Tech Support position.
This is a CLIENT SUPPORT position for our MS D365 F&SCM SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT clients.
Must be able to work EST TIME ZONE.
NO TRAVEL – 100% REMOTE.

Responsibilities include: Provide world class support to a variety of clients within a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution Solve client D365 and AX2012 SCM support cases by interacting with clients for discovery, resolution, and status Build strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor by understanding D365/AX2012 configurations which support their businesses Implement best practices and new D365 functionality Train fellow team members and clients on D365 Develop functional design documentation for new functionality Be a liaison between clients and technical developers Perform testing and promotion of solutions to production environments Work with the support team to provide continuous improvement Improve business process documentation and use of the business process modeler Develop RSAT scenarios Assist with D365 upgrades and upgrade analysis Maintain expertise with D365 F&SCM functionality, release schedules, and ISV solutions.
Build client relationships to become a trusted advisor.
Understand and utilize Microsoft toolsets such as Lifecycle Services, BPM/RSAT, and DevOps during projects.
What you bring to the team: 3-5 years consulting in the Microsoft eco-system with a combination of 2-4 D365 F&SCM or AX 2012 R2, R3 full lifecycle implementations, or equivalent experience providing direct support either externally or internally within the supply chain modules of D365 Performed at least 1 upgrade cycles Experience in supply chain management configurations and flows as well as associated A/P and A/R transactions Microsoft certification exams MB 300, 320, 330 or equivalent experience.
Experience with Lifecycle Services including BPM/RSAT and DevOps.
Passion to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM applications Willingness to be trained, coached, and mentored Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.

**Base salary and bonus** NO TRAVEL – 100% REMOTE – This is a CLIENT SUPPORT position for consultants who have implemented MS D365 F&O/F&SCM.
