Systems Administrator to lead the technical Systems management for our clients.

Job Responsibilities
Directly responsible for the maintenance, operation, and disaster recovery of over one hundred customer production servers, as well as the oversight of more than 1,000 end-user devices.
Manage, update, and develop cloud infrastructure solutions, on-premises solutions, and hybrid solutions to optimally address business needs.
Assess hardware and software solutions to determine their compatibility with the client's environment and requirements.
Assist in maintaining and designing internal MSP SaaS applications to efficiently oversee all clients.
Create, maintain, and continually enhance documentation for all MSP client systems.
Provide an escalation path for infrastructure service outages and junior IT support staff; address and remediate fixes.
Ensure the security and integrity of server infrastructure through regular audits and proactive measures.
Design and implement automation of any outdated departmental processes
Develop a roadmap for each client’s infrastructure
Requirements:
Job Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Engineering or Systems Administration roles.
Proficient in managing both Windows and Linux operating systems.
Proficient in managing virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Expertise in configuring, managing, and supporting Okta and other identity and access management solutions is a plus.
Working knowledge of InTune, Jamf, Active Directory, and other Windows-based technologies.
Demonstrates expertise in configuring, designing, and supporting cloud-based workloads on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure.
Extensive experience in administering and managing Cloud environments.
Competent in designing, implementing, and supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Proficiency in documenting work using Hudu or similar platforms.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Skillful in classifying and prioritizing incidents, with the capability to handle escalations effectively.
Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a plus.
