We have a nice room for rent/houseshare with a female senior citizen, in a townhome located in the mid-Cape, West Yarmouth area.
The private room is on the second floor and comes furnished with twin beds and a private bathroom.
Full access to shared kitchen and to a washer/dryer.
This rental opportunity is for (one) person only, and we would like someone who is kind, caring and appreciates basic friendly communication.
A non-smoker is a must, and someone who is not allergic to cats.
Also, someone who would sometimes be able to assist with feeding the cat and cleaning its litter box.
Also helping out with laundry, taking out the trash/recycling, and sometimes with vacuuming.
Full access to a private patio, gardening space, your own parking spot and access to the community pool area.
$750/month-includes utilities.
$500 security deposit/References.
