week $800/mo Including electricity and internet (those are the utilities), it has an awesome washer dryer- I just got a cat so adjustments will probably be needed if you have a cat and I have a 13 year old border collie.
He’s amazing but mostly sleeps.
I am an experienced roommate so I have good boundaries about sharing space and being respectful.
