This is a tenant at will basically month to month rental you do not have to sign a yearly lease the rent includes all utilities including cable expanded, Internet service trash pick up.
 It’s similar to an Inlaw suite the only thing you share with the landlord is the front entrance your apartment is upstairs I live downstairs! The house is on a dead end street very quiet beautiful area which includes an outside table and chairs and grill for the Renter only on the side of the house so you have an outside space also.
