It is very difficult to properly describe this possible rental where this is not what one would see as your usual room rental.
More precisely it is the rear wing of a very large home close to the Canal on the mainland side of Sagamore.
The room has two lighted closets, storage, a skylight, and is unusually large considering one would call it a bedroom.
It is immaculate with a ceiling fan and is very private.
That wing does not get used.
That rear wing has its own heating zone for the aforementioned area as well as its very own accompanying private full bathroom.
There is a washer and dryer in the full bath, that is unusually large also.
The home is a 5000 sq ft structure therefore everything is unusually large and meticulously maintained.

The owner is a retired individual, lives alone in the main house.
I am handling this for him where he is unsure whether to rent.
