I have an extra bedroom that has it's own bathroom.
I've been considering renting it.
The bedroom has two closets, a skylight, is rather large, perhaps 25 by 15.
Its big.
There is a full bathroom directly outside the door to the bedroom, therefore its got its own bathroom.
It's actually a very nice, big, and immaculate, even has its own washer and dryer in that bathroom.
The total area I am talking about is probably as big as some studio apartment's.
Big enough to have its own heating zone.
Really would prefer, actually would only consider someone who is low key, no drama, drugs, especially alcohol.
That ruins people, I myself don't drink.
I care not if you do, as long as its super social.
Someone who wants stability, well above average housing, and desires a nice life without crazy.
I will have to have a background check done as well as proof of employment.
Not sure the right person is out there, but thought I would try.
That rear wing of the house is empty, so, if the right individual were to come along I would entertain it.
No overnight guests.
You would have your own off street parking.
It's a really nice place.

I live alone in a huge house, so, let's see what happens.
It's kind of more of almost sharing the house I would say as I wouldn't want anyone feeling confined.
Would really prefer someone who would like to stay for a while, this is not a weekly rental.
It would be helpful if you inquire to share as much about your current situation, why you are searching, etc.
as you are comfortable with where it will help determine if this may be a good fit for both parties.
Of course pictures will be provided preferably via text where I would rather not display the inside of the home all over Craigslist.

If and once any suitable inquiry is realized it's simply far easier to send pictures via text.

Good luck to all, I've come to learn obtaining nicer living arrangements is apparently very difficult.
Frankly it shouldn't be this hard to obtain a safe roof over ones head.
