It's a two bedroom, two bath.
I’m located within walking distance to South Cape Beach.
The location is amazing lots of trails, kayaking and beach! I have two French bulldogs (very good natured).
Rent would be $550 a month plus half of the electricity bill.
That could be negotiated if you’re willing to do yard work or if you’re handy with carpentry.
A little about me, I'm a professional gay male, I am clean, respectful, and responsible and expect the same.
Also would like someone who has a great sense of humor, makes life a lot more fun! Ideally looking for another gay professional guy to share my home with.
