Looking for a Quiet Room for me n my son (for area of Yarmouth/Dennis area)

hello I’m looking for a room to rent for me and my teenage son .
Preferably around Yarmouth/Dennis area so I’m close to work .
I work 40 hours unfortunately don’t make much only $600 a week .
But I’m willing to pay that for me and my son for a room .
We are quiet and clean people who keep to ourselves .
I’m willing to do light housekeeping around place.
I’m in need of a place/room to rent asap.
