Real Estate video editor (Adobe Premiere specialist)

Architectural/real estate video editorthat typically pays on a *per-video basis*.
Part-time, 1099 contractor, work from home.
You can expect 20-40 hours of work per week depending on the season; our busy season is from March through October.
We are based in the Seattle area but have contractors who work in other states.
You must be able to meet hard 2:00-4:00pm Pacific Time deadlines, and occasionally earlier for rush orders.
_Experience_: Significant proficiency in Adobe Premiere required, with a premium on familiarity with real estate video industry.
We will train in our specific techniques/style.
You should have high *attention to detail*, and be exceptionally comfortable communicating online/in writing, as we work exclusively via a virtual office space (similar to Slack) with occasional supplemental Zoom type meetings.
_Responsibilities_: We shoot 5 or more videos daily during our busy season that need to be downloaded and edited by the next day (our in house editors can do 2-3 per day depending on the complexity, then delivered via email to the client no later than 4:00pm PT.
Editing is split between multiple in house video editors based on availability and volume.
_*Workdays: videos can be assigned for delivery *_*Monday-Friday with possibliity for Saturday work.
Most are assigned Tue-Friday.
* _Hours_: A typical "on-call" schedule is 8am - 4pm PT.
Rush orders are due at 12pm PT, and non-rushes orders have deadlines at 2pm and 4pm.
You will be able to accept or decline rush jobs.
Saturdays are typically slower than weekdays.
You are free to work your preferred hours as long as the deadlines are met.
November through the end of Feburary is typically slower with tyopically 10-15 hours per week needed.
_Compensation:_ typically $50-$125 per video edited.
Broken down hourly, skilled and efficient editor can expect approximately $25/hr-$40 per hour.
