*Job Description:*
We are looking for US Based Certified General *Commercial* appraisers who would help us to develop courses aimed at educating aspiring appraisers.
.
*This is a contract opportunity*.
There is a need to develop 7 to 10 courses, requiring corresponding SMEs or authors (so 7-10 SMEs).
Each course should adhere to a structured outline and fulfill specific learning objectives.
*Minimum qualifications expected from such SMEs:*
Minimum qualifications include being a Certified General appraiser, possessing *a decade of on-field experience in commercial appraisals, familiarity with technology in the appraisal process, capability in course content development*, and preferably, prior experience in course creation.
*This is an urgent requirement*
Duration – *3 Months*
*Certification* - *Certified General appraiser is mandatory*
*Job Type*: Part-time, Temporary
*Salary*: $35-$40 per Hour
*Expected hours*: 20-30 hrs per week
