*You Have:* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting * 2-4 years accounting experience * Sensitivity in working with confidential information * Proven teamwork capabilities * Excellent project management skills, including organizational skills * Attentive to details and deadlines * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Yardi Voyager experience is preferred * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English for business necessities Background and pre-employment drug screening are required.
