This position will be accountable to the Operations Manager, ensuring the achievement of company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Quality, Delivery, and Efficiency for Akrivis’ diverse Appraisal products, including Hybrid Appraisals, Eminent Domain/Condemnation Appraisals, Appraisal Reviews, 1004s, and more.
Responsibilities encompass leading their team, performing appraisal work and spearheading continuous improvement/product development initiatives.
The incumbent will play a crucial role in fostering employee engagement and development within their team through active involvement in Engagement Committees and upholding our Core Values.
In this dynamic position, staying abreast of current real estate market trends and promptly adapting to changes, influenced by factors such as the economy, politics, schools, and local developments, is imperative for maintaining accurate appraisals.
Effectively communicating appraisal outcomes to customers and promptly addressing any concerns that may arise are additional responsibilities.
Success in this role hinges on organizational skills, a relentless pursuit of professional excellence, servant leadership, and a commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
*Typical Duties* · Collaborate with the Operations Management team and associates to ensure proper resource distribution and communication, to meet business metrics.
· Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, playing a critical role in the ongoing growth of a real estate technology transaction platform and product development.
· Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills, managing multiple projects with overlapping timelines.
· Assist with business development initiatives and maintain industry-wide relationships.
· Manage Appraisal-related orders to meet Quality, Delivery, and Efficiency metrics.
· Ability to complete and review Appraisal products to ensure quality standards are met.
· Establish a quality process/system to ensure data integrity and accuracy of values.
· Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to a changing business landscape.
· Identify and address pain points within the team's workflow, innovating to enhance quality and efficiency.
· Passionately train and develop teammates both personally and professionally.
· Manage projects using accepted project management techniques (Scope, Schedule, Resource, Communication) and cadence.
· Analyze existing systems to recommend new tools and/or modifications.
· Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, and a training program.
*Minimum Qualifications* · Ability to live and demonstrate our Core Values · At least two years of related experience required, including eminent domain/condemnation and/or ability to quickly learn · Have a USPAP Certified General Appraiser License & working knowledge of USPAP guidelines · Ability to achieve license reciprocity in multiple states · Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree · Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Zillow, CoStar and appraisal industry related software · Effective verbal and written communication skills · Adherence to due dates and timelines as outlined by each order or project *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:* *Knowledge/Skills of:* · Microsoft Office 365 programs | Extensive Excel Experience | Operational Processes | Real estate & appraisal software *Skill in: * · Communication | Project Management | Leadership and team development *Ability to: * Be efficient with technology | Work independently in fast-paced environment | Effective in time management, organization, and meeting deadlines | Communicate effectively | Respect, encourage, and support, coworkers as a family in an office/virtual environment.
