Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team.
As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and talent management, with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
- Proficiency in using recruitment software such as Taleo, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or Workday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively interview candidates and assess their qualifications
- Familiarity with talent management strategies and techniques
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
