We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.
This individual will play a critical role in guiding our clients through complex financial landscapes and ensuring their portfolios are positioned for optimal performance.
*Job Description:* As a Fractional CFO, you will be responsible for providing executive-level financial strategy and insights to a diverse portfolio of real estate investing clients.
You will oversee bookkeepers, review their work for accuracy and compliance, and ensure that all financial operations support the strategic objectives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities: * *Financial Oversight:* Oversee the accounting team's work, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial tasks.
* *Strategic Meetings:* Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings with clients to review financial performance, discuss strategic opportunities, and plan for future growth.
* *Cash Flow & Budgeting:* Manage cash flow forecasting and budgeting processes, providing actionable insights to optimize financial health.
* *Strategic Planning:* Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with clients' long-term goals and market opportunities.
* *Tax Planning:* Guide clients through effective tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize compliance.
* *Investment Analysis:* Analyze potential property purchases and sales, offering expert advice to support decision-making processes.
* *CFO Duties:* Perform various CFO-related duties, adapting to the unique needs and challenges of each client to support their success.
Qualifications: * *Certification:* CPA is preferred.
* *Experience:* At least 5 years of experience in public or private accounting or in the finance industry, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in real estate investments.
* *Communication:* Excellent communication skills are essential.
Must be able to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
* *Strategic Thinking:* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans that drive growth and stability.
* *Analytical Skills:* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
