*About the Role:* Work with Enterprise Arch, Cloud Services and Security architects to develop the GenAI architecture to support client Gen AI business use cases.
Work with Platform engg, AI engg stakeholders to ensure deployed resources are per defined standards, help develop integration patterns for LLMOps observability framework, ensure end-2-end observability is implemented.
*Job Summary:* We are seeking a talented and innovative Gen AI Lead Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) algorithms to solve complex problems and improve our products and services.
A big part of the responsibility involves leveraging GenAI to build solutions and POCs.
This is an ideal project where you are working for projects at fortune 500 company for their innovation lab where in you will have the thrill of building number of POCs and figuring our various use cases of using GenAI for a retail domain.

10+ Years (Preferable startup – experience)
*Key Responsibilities:*
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify AI/ML opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies.
Conduct data analysis and feature engineering.
Implement machine learning pipelines and model validation.
Provide insights and recommendations based on model outcomes.
*Qualifications:*
Proven experience in AI/ML engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
Python - ML Libraries and various framework for LLM
Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.
g.
, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
