Who We Need
The Business Analyst Adoption Manager provides project and customer success management to Air Force Capability Support Office (AF CSO) by serving as a liaison between the customers adopting Air Force Product Lifecycle Management (AF-PLM) and CSO customer engagement teams.
A skilled, experienced professional with knowledge of Air Force Acquisition processes, Air Force Lifecycle Management, and general project/program management.
Consistently engaged with Air Force Program Management Offices to provide guidance and support through of the AF-PLM digital transformation process.
Guides the CSO delivery teams by synchronizing CSO internal teams to provide full support to customers adopting AF-PLM.

Serve as Customer Adoption Manager
Provide vision and direction to CSO customer engagement teams
Serves as the communications bridge between customers and CSO
Maintains consistent communications with customers and key stakeholders to appraise them of progress
Work with CSO technical specialists to map customer goals and requirements to the capabilities and features of Siemens Teamcenter
Elicits and documents relevant business processes, roles, organizational structures, artifacts, and schedules
Inform CSO program management of unique requirements requiring investment and intervention
Documents and maintains the Adoption Roadmap
Clarifies uncertainties and is empowered to make real-time decisions regarding customer requirements
Supports the team by helping to rapidly mitigate impediments to customer adoption of AF-PLM

Your Qualifications
Required
US Citizen
Ability to obtain Secret clearance
Strong spoken and written English skills
Experience delivering presentations to clients Experience building MS Office documents and briefings
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years Air Force experience
Familiar with various Agile Processes (Scrum and Kanban)
