Position: Manager of Program Launch
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location: Remote from CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI
(Central time zone preferred)
Reports to: Director, Program Operations Strategy
Salary Range: $80,000 - $86,000

As the Manager of Program Launch, you will have the opportunity to help the National team build the programmatic foundation of Genesys Works in a new city and coach the new program team during their first year of operation.

You love being a subject matter expert or connector who coaches new program teams in their first year of operation.
As the Program Launch Manager, an ordinary week might consist of: Researching and building relationships with local school districts, high school staff, and similar community partner organizations in potential launch cities Supporting the hiring and onboarding of new site program teams Taking national program calendars, playbooks, and guidance, then translating them into a calendar of steps/deadlines for the new site program team their first year, including: Designing and supporting a student recruitment and enrollment campaign from beginning to end for a newly hired local program manager, including application setup, marketing materials, and a calendar of activities, events, and recruitment messaging for key stakeholders (school staff, parents, students, community partners, etc.
) Using research and community stakeholders (schools, community partners, internship partners, etc.
) to support and coach the new program team/s on preparing for and executing summer training, internship matching, and student internship onboarding Depending on the season (e.
g.
, when not in the middle of a launch), contributing to and/or developing National Program Team strategies that will support, train, and increase the effectiveness of program delivery to our staff and students As the Program Launch Manager, you will need this to be successful: Experience and knowledge with building recruitment and admissions project plans for an unknown entity that includes multiple stakeholders (district administrators, high school leadership and staff, families, students, etc.
