About The Role As a Senior Vendor Process Management Specialist of Well Managed Services inside of our Vendor Partnership Operations (VPO) Team, you will play a key role in the development and support of well-managed, vendor management processes.
Focused on optimizing the value derived from Frontier’s third-party vendor partnerships, your role will minimize risks to our overall business.
In this role, you will collaborate with VPO leaders, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendor partners, enhancing the operational landscape and documenting key processes to elevate the Team’s capabilities.
Responsibilities Develop and implement well-managed strategies to enhance the operational competence of the Vendor Partner Operations Team Oversee VPO Process Governance - Process Creation & Improvement | Process Documentation | Operational Rhythms | Artifact Management Oversee VPO Risk Management and Compliance - Process Health & Compliance | Vendor Site Inspections | Risk Reporting and Remediation Drive VPO Insights and Innovation Delivery - Innovation | Insights | Best Practice Sharing Administer VPO Vendor Support Service Delivery - Vendor Communications | Goal Setting | Scorecarding | Invoice Automation | Reporting Liaison Required Qualifications Ability to develop and execute high-level strategies that will maximize the value of the Frontier Vendor Network Ability to collaborate / partner with various teams inside and outside of Frontier to drive initiatives and deliver results Skilled in communication to effectively convey strategies, insights, and innovative ideas to diverse stakeholders and teams, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking environment Entrepreneurial spirit with a natural curiosity for operational improvement and process discipline Ability to work independently and effectively in gray space 5+ years of experience in call center operations, internal call centers, or vendor management Ability to analyze data and create solutions to address business challenges Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent years of business experience Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, Access preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities, high commitment to quality, self-starter, problem solver, and decisive Proven experience supporting teams and cross-functional projects Strong analytical skills to review data and identify drivers to improve KPIs, such as Net Promoter Score, Average Handle Time, First Call Resolution, Dispatch Rate, Transfer Rate, etc.
Strong critical thinking skills to help determine resolution to roadblocks The ability to multitask and thrive in a rapidly changing environment is crucial Ability to consistently meet/exceed assigned targets and objectives Organized and detail-oriented Manage projects from inception to completion Call Center (Account Services, Retention, and Tech Support) and vendor management experience preferred Flexibility in work schedule Ability to travel up to 25% as needed Personal Attributes Strong analytical skills Ability to influence others Strategic thinker Strong attention to detail Ability to take ownership and accountability for goals Ability to organize a multitude of tasks, projects, and information simultaneously Communicate effectively, both in writing and orally Interact with a wide variety of individuals, both internal and external, positively, and effectively Independent judgment skills, as well as the ability to make effective decisions quickly Success-oriented Possess a strong sense of urgency and commitment Salary Range $59,000 - $96,000 Frontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
