*Responsibilities*
· Mentor and developing assigned professionals to identify, develop and deliver strategic solutions to clients.
· Manage staff utilization, contract backlog and sales pipeline.
· Service/Project Delivery.
· Lead in the development of practice methodologies, tools and deliverables that represent high value-add repeatable solutions.
· Perform executive project management, risk management and direct project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and contractual deliverables.
This will include:
· Defining appropriate solutions
· Overseeing project delivery
· Identifying required staff.
· Strategy for Project Deliveries both billable and fixed price work.
· Managing project finances and administration.
· Become a ‘trusted advisor’ for existing and future accounts by establishing strong and long-lasting relationships with client executives and management teams.
· Conduct business reviews with prospective clients to understand and extract critical information regarding the client's business, management and technology needs.
*Qualifications:*
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, able to work in a challenging environment and able to work well with clients and teammates in person and remotely.
Specific requirements include:
*Must Haves:*
* Bachelor’s Degree or above.
* Minimum of 10 years of professional relevant experience.
* Strong knowledge and experience in client coordination, operations, and account management.
* Experience leading or supporting F&A performance improvement initiatives.
* Experience developing approaches to solving client challenges (solutioning), developing work breakdown structures and estimating levels of effort.
* Understanding of different components (e.
g.
requirements gathering, tools selection, implementation process, etc.
)
* Experience with Fortune 1000 companies, multinationals, and mid-sized companies.
* Ability to build relationships with senior level executives (VP level and up) in a variety of business environments, including large corporate and upper middle market business sectors
* Knowledge of key technology enablers designed for BPO productivity (e.
g Contact Center, Staffing and Recruitment, Digital Marketing, Email/Chat Support).
